2. Account Registration

To create an account on dbbaji you must provide accurate and complete information. Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and if discovered, all accounts will be closed.

2.1 Registration Requirements

At the time of registration you must provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as per national identity card)
• Valid mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Valid Bangladesh residential details
• Preferred payment method details

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. dbbaji will not bear any responsibility if account details are shared with a third party.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure the security of your account and the integrity of the platform, dbbaji may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed. Required documents may include: a copy of your national identity card, birth registration certificate or passport.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on dbbaji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500. Funds deposited into the account must come from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Depositing with a credit card or borrowed money is not permitted and is against dbbaji policy.
• Deposit amounts generally take a few minutes to be verified correctly.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see section 5).
• Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of suspicious activity or incomplete verification.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they are being processed.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on dbbaji are operated fairly and transparently. The following points about gaming rules are important to know:

6.1 Fair Play and RNG

All our slots and casino games are provided by certified game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) and are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of each game is completely random and independent.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and event. These limits vary by game or event and are displayed on the relevant game information page. dbbaji reserves the right to change betting limits for any member.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game and the game remains incomplete, dbbaji reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the deposited funds. In the case of abnormal winnings due to a technical issue, dbbaji may cancel those funds.

6.4 Cricket Betting

Specific rules apply for cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC events). If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bet will be cancelled and funds returned. Results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will be considered final.

8. Privacy and Security

dbbaji gives the highest importance to the protection of your personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by dbbaji

dbbaji may close or suspend any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Registration using false information.
• Long-term (12 months or more) inactive account.
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Any available balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to terms and conditions being met). To reopen a closed account, you will need to contact support.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

dbbaji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified as much as possible before changes take effect. For major changes, a notice will be sent via email or through the platform.

If you continue to use the platform after changes have been made, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions. The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
